How much do you play? Twice in the last 4 months but usually 3-4 times a month.

When/why did you take up the game? Age 13, at Pine Bluff Country Club. I had a three-wheeler accident and couldn’t play baseball that spring. When the cast came off I tried golf.

Where do you play? Alotian and Pleasant Valley CC.

What’s your best score in competition? 64

If you had to choose one amateur partner in a four-ball, who would that be? Ralph Bradbury

If you could partner with one PGA pro in a best-ball event, who? Phil Mickelson

“Caddieshack” or “Tin Cup”? “Caddyshack”

What’s your best golf memory? Playing in the 2007 U.S. Mid-Amateur.  My friend Dr. J.J. “Beeper” Miller caddied for me.

If you couldn’t be playing golf you’d be ….? Working.

What type clubs do you play/prefer?  More traditional-looking irons and woods. I play Titleist AP2 irons, Titleist 905R Driver, Ping Craz-E Belly.

What’s the best course you’ve played? Tie between Brook Hollow G.C. (Dallas), Peachtree G.C. (Atlanta) and, of course, Alotian.

What’s the course you’d love to play that you haven’t?  Augusta National

What’s the best hole in Arkansas? No. 9 Alotian (back tee). The view of the American flag, the clubhouse, and Lake Maumelle is incredible and the hole is very difficult but fair.

If they held a tournament of the top CEOs/business leaders in Arkansas, who would win it? Warren Stephens
