Charming Charlie offers colorful women's accessories.

Four stores are opening their first locations in Arkansas this spring at The Promenade at Chenal. According to Dave Claflin, vice president of marketing for shopping center developer RED Development, all four stores have already begun construction of their spaces and will be open within the next 90 days.

Founded in Houston in 2004, Charming Charlie is a unique fashion accessories house that specializes in fun, affordable fashion accessories — including 7,000 pairs of earrings, and about that many necklaces and bracelets — organized by color. 

With an emphasis on local products, Blanc Burgers and Bottles specializes in gourmet griddled burgers, boutique beers, premium wines and select sodas.

Bravo! is white-tablecloth casual dining with Italian food served in a family-friendly Roman ruin decor. It will also offer to-go orders and catering. 

The Wine Loft is a contemporary blend of small-plate restaurant (serving artisan cheese plates, wild mushroom bruschetta, filet mignon salad — you get the idea), winery (70 by the glass, 250 by the bottle) and night spot.
