PrivacyStar allows users to block unwanted calls, identify unknown callers and more. Available to BlackBerry users and coming soon to iPhone and Android, PrivacyStar is First Orion's first big product. And the future there appears to be bright. This is a bandwagon you may want to catch early.
The Internet Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales through various media channels. A successful Internet Marketing Manager needs to have proven experience driving qualified traffic via SEO, SEM, online and mobile advertising, affiliate marketing, social media, as well as television and other forms of traditional advertising. The right candidate is highly motivated, extremely analytical, strategic and metrics oriented; and most important, is well-versed in a high-growth, start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy focused on increasing qualified traffic.
- Lead the implementation of key online acquisition programs including display, search, e-mail, contextual and other online, mobile and traditional advertising initiatives.
- Define and execute optimization approaches including keyword/phrase research, site structure, page construction, content, and SEO and copy writing.
- Structure analyses to determine ROI from various online/mobile acquisition marketing programs, including affiliate, paid search, display banners, email campaigns as well as traditional media.
- Provide regular reporting for web site, online/mobile and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that all work created meets the requirements for creative excellence, customer and product relevance, technical accuracy, and integrity.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in marketing is important but not required.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience with 1-2 years strong digital marketing experience, preferably working in a software/high tech organization and/or interactive marketing supplier/agency.
- Knowledge of new media, Internet related technologies, smart phone applications and current web trends, including social media and analytics.
- Ability to apply long-range marketing and business strategies to web, mobile and traditional ad presence.
- Strong understanding of ad and landing page optimization strategies and multi-variant testing.
- Ability to plan, organize, and establish priorities.
- Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a range of professionals and effectively lead and inspire to achieve group goals.
- Strong computer and presentation skills a must.
