Guinness tastes better on draft, especially in Irish pubs.

Don Dugan, owner of the Markham Street Grill and Pub in west Little Rock (where you can get a proper pint of Guinness, smoke, and enjoy burgers and appetizers while watching sports on big-screen TVs or hearing live music Thursdays-Saturdays), will open Dugan's Pub on the ground floor of the River Market Tower at Third and Rock streets, according to an Arkansas Times blog entry.

The Irish pub will occupy 3,100 square feet. Construction is to start April 1 with an opening planned for early July. The pub will be open daily for lunch and dinner with live music Thursdays-Saturdays.
