If it's already been One of Those Days -- and let's face it, it's Monday -- you'll need some extra-special lunchtime solace. And we've found there's few things more comforting -- culinarily speaking -- than a big, juicy hamburger. And boy do we have a good one in mind.

It's the Pimento Cheeseburger at The Capital Bar & Grill. Our burger of choice at CBG is a thick patty topped with melted and bubbly house-made pimento cheese. It’s served open-face with red onion, lettuce, tomato and house-made pickles (a couple of bread and butter and a dill), and Parmesan fries. You can also try it with blue cheese for a tangy, creamy kick.
