Mosaic Templars Cultural Center

The first-ever K.I.D.S. Volunteer Day will be held from 1-4 p.m. today (April 10) at Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, Ninth and Broadway, Little Rock. 

If you are between the ages of 10-15, grab a parent or guardian and come to the museum, where you'll meet representatives from organizations in central Arkansas -- among them Baptist Health, First Tee of Arkansas, Riverfest, Humane Society of Pulaski County, and Arkansas Food Bank Network -- that have volunteer opportunities just for you!

You will also learn what it means to be a volunteer and why it matters -- to organizations who need volunteers and well as to you -- and you'll get to participate in a volunteer project at the museum, a pretty interesting place that explores African American history and culture.
