The Capital Hotel's Lee Richardson is among the chefs featured in Carole Katchen's exhibit opening today at Cantrell Gallery.

Let’s Eat! is a collection of new paintings featuring a dozen chefs and their kitchens in the Little Rock area by Hot Springs artist Carole Katchen. According to Katchen, this has been one of the most exciting and fun projects she’s ever worked on!

An opening night reception will take place from 6-8 p.m. today (Friday, April 30) at Cantrell Gallery. The public is invited to meet the artist and view these fascinating paintings.
