We've already told you about the Arkansas Literary Festival going on through Sunday in the River Market. But don't forget that 2nd Friday Art Night is happening tonight (April 9) as well.

A free trolley will take visitors to each of the following locations. There's free parking at Third and Cumberland streets.

Art Night includes:

An exhibit of work by the National League of American Pen Women, accompanied by music by guitarist Michael Carenbauer, can be seen from 5-8 p.m. at Historic Artkansas, 200 E. Third St. 

Theresa Cates is the guest artist at Copper Grill and Grocery, 300 Third Tower.

An opening reception featuring watercolors, sand-blasted glass and collages by Lynn Bell will take place from 5-8 p.m. at Christ Episcpal Church, 509 Scott St.

Robert E. Walker is the guest artist at Dizzy's Gypsy Bistro, 200 S. Commerce St.

The Arkansas Studies Institute, which will be busy hosting Literary Festival events tonight, will instead hold a reception at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 10 for two exhibitions: The Arkansas Art Educators State Youth Art Show 2010 and Book Arts.

Arts Scene Gallery, 806 W. Markham St., offers libations, models, art supplies, poetry and music from 8-11 p.m. Admission is $10.
