Mariachi bands will perform at the Riverfest Amphitheatre during Cinco de Mayo.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. today (May 1) at Little Rock's River Market Pavilions, 400 President Clinton Ave., and Riverfest Amphitheatre.

The fiesta, which attracts fans of Latino culture from across the state, features homemade foods from Mexico and Central America, arts and crafts exhibits, folkloric dancers, games for children, and information for Latinos about services and products available in the area.

Music and dances from Mexico will start at noon.

Continuous live entertainment, starting at 3 p.m., will include Ballet Folclorico Reflejos de Mexico, Mariachi America, Band F-5, Chicos Style and Mexican sextet Los Marineros del Norte playing norteno songs, the waltz-inflected folk music style that's a mix of polka, cumbia, tejano, and country music. 

Admission is free from 10 a.m.- noon, $10 from noon-4 p.m. and $20 from 4 p.m.-closing.
