Newly formed Martin-Wilbourn Partners LLC , led by communications veterans David Martin and Randy Wilbourn, will provide marketing, branding, public relations, public affairs, communications strategy, crisis and financial communications, interactive, video and research services to clients.

Wilbourn will serve as chairman of the group; Martin will be president and chief executive officer.

Martin's 30-year career includes public opinion research, business development, management consultation and marketing and branding efforts. Wilbourn has broad executive experience leading corporate media relations, marketing, public relations and government affairs efforts for Alltel Corp. for 40 years. Both have experience in leadership roles at the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce. 

According to Martin, the agency is off to a fast start, beginning operations with more than a dozen clients and 10 associates supporting them.

The senior leadership group will include Mitch Chandler, Leslie Heizman, Andrew Moreau, Mac Stroud and Steve Burnett.

Chandler is senior vice president and will lead the business-to-business, economic development and video production practice for the firm. Heizman is senior vice president and will lead retail marketing and healthcare practices. Moreau is senior vice president and will lead public relations and public policy practice. Stroud is senior vice president and will leadinternal communications and employee relations consulting practice for the firm. Burnett will provide creative direction.
