Co., 5501 Kavanaugh Blvd., Little Rock, is hosting a free raw foods workshop presented by Melanie Lacy explaining the benefits of locally grown raw foods at 5 p.m. today (Aug. 19) as part of Happy Hour in the Heights. Stop by for a tast of raw, vegan and vegetarian food. Happy Hour in the Heights features free trolley rides, snacks, refreshments and great deals at many Heights shops and restaurants. The fun starts at 5 p.m. today (Aug. 18).
