The Central Arkansas Library System's Youth Services Department will close July 26-Aug. 8 for renovation. Regular operation and programming is exected to resume on Aug. 9; call (501) 918-3050 to confirm the reopening date.

Updates in the program room will include new flooring and ceiling materials and a puppet stage. The rest of the Main Library will remain open while the Youth Services Department is renovated. While the Youth Services Department is closed, patrons may use any other CALS location for checking out items for children. Items checked out from the Main Library may be returned at any branch.
