Donnie Ferneau is teaching a cooking class focusing on beef from 6:30-9 p.m. Aug. 9 at Kitchen Co. 

The August cooking class lineup at Kitchen Co. introduces a new instructor: Brandon Douglas, catering chef/manager of Pulaski Technical College and instructor of Pulaski Tech's Culinary School apprenticeship class.

He's teaching Wild Mushroom Ravioli, 6-8 p.m. Aug. 17 ($44.95 per person). The class is hands-on and is limited to six participants.

Karol Zoeller (classes are 6-8 p.m., $39.95 per person) 

  • Aug. 18 - Pizza
  • Aug. 25 - Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Sage Butter, Roasted Potatoes, Apple Cobbler

Jason Knapp (classes are 6-8 p.m., $39.95 per person) 

  • Aug. 12 - Knife Skills
  • Aug. 26 - Sushi
