
Donnie Ferneau is teaching a cooking class focusing on beef from 6:30-9 p.m. Aug. 9 at Kitchen Co.
The August cooking class lineup at Kitchen Co. introduces a new instructor: Brandon Douglas, catering chef/manager of Pulaski Technical College and instructor of Pulaski Tech's Culinary School apprenticeship class.
He's teaching Wild Mushroom Ravioli, 6-8 p.m. Aug. 17 ($44.95 per person). The class is hands-on and is limited to six participants.
