Copper Grill has several brunch items on its Saturday lunch menu -- they include:

  • Eggs Benedict (poached eggs on an English muffin with Black Forest ham and drizzled with Hollandaise, served with hash browns) $7.50
  • Eggs Tenderloin (poached eggs on an English muffin topped with beef tenderloin and drizzled with Hollandaise, served with hash browns) $8.25
  • Eggs Salmon (poached eggs on an English muffin with grilled salmon filets and drizzled with Hollandaise, served with hash browns) $7.95
  • Fresh Fruit Cup, $2.75
