The Little Rock Zoo is looking for volunteers to help with its always popular Boo at the Zoo, running Oct. 21-24 and Oct. 28-31. 

Volunteers, who must be 16 years old or older, need to be available for the duration of the evening events, arriving at 5 p.m. and staying until approximately 9:30 p.m. (or until guests leave). 

Volunteer positions include:

  • Fun House
  • Treat Stations
  • Candy Captains
  • Wagon Rentals
  • Map & Bag Distribution
  • Crowd Greeters
  • Carousel Ride Helpers
  • Train Station Helpers
  • Vampire Bat Helpers
  • Reptile House Helpers
  • Haunted House (entry, line control and exit)
  • Fortune Teller Helper
  • Frankenstein Dance Party Helper
  • Stick Pony Corral Helper
  • Dark Forrest Helper (entry and exit)
  • Ghost Roast S'mores Helper (17+ years old)
