Natural Wonders: Paintings and Drawings by Laura Terry is on display a Historic Arkansas Museum

Terry’s paintings capture what she calls ghosts -- aspects of the Southern landscape that she believes often go unnoticed. She borrows imagery from the natural world and infuses her painting with rich colors and textures.

Originally from Georgia, Terry is an assistant professor of architecture at the Faye Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas.
