The Little Rock River Market attracts morning produce customers, lunchtime patrons of nearby employers and a vibrant nightlife.

The last of the Place, Parks and Politics free outdoor speaker series will be at noon Wednesday (Nov. 3) in Little Rock's River Market Pavilion, 400 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock.

The topic is Election 2010: Evaluating the Rising Republican Hypothesis in Arkansas by Janine Parry, University of Arkansas professor of political science and director of the Arkansas Poll.

Participants are welcome to bring a lunch.
