The Arkansas Arts Council is honoring nine recipients of Individual Artist Fellowship Awards at a luncheon at noon today (Oct. 25) at the Peabody Little Rock during the ArtLinks 2010 statewide arts conference.
The artists, who each will receive $4,000, are:
- Choreography: Arleen Sugano, Rebecca Miller Stalcup and Stephanie Thibeault, all of Little Rock.
- Literary nonfiction: Kevin Brown of Centerton, Molly Gile of Fayetteville, and Scarlet Sims of Atkins.
- Works on paper: Shelley Gipson of Jonesboro, Jerry Phillips of Little Rock, and Michael Schultz of West Fork.
