Enjoy a moist, delicious, icing-topped cupcake for 99 cents starting at 10 a.m. today (Oct. 28) at Brown Sugar Bake Shop in the River Market, 400 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock. Cupcakes are normally priced at $2.50 each.

Flavors will likely include vanilla birthday, white chocolate, raspberry almond and blueberry citrus. There's a limit of six cupcakes per customer (no pre-orders, no call-ins). Come in early for best selection.
