Victorian magic lantern show

The Old State House Victorian Christmas Magic Lantern Show, going on at 6:30 p.m. today (Nov. 9), uses an antique magic lantern that projects color slides on a movie screen. The images are accompanied by a costumed showman, singers, musicians and the audience members, who provide sound effects, claps, stomps, chants and sing-alongs.
