Up to nine $4,000 artist fellowships will be awarded this fall to individual poets, music composers and sculptors by the Arkansas Arts Council. Application deadline is April 22. 

To be eligible for fellowship awards, an artist must be at least 25 years old and must have been an Arkansas resident for at least one year at the time of application. Previous fellowship recipients are not eligible to apply.
