Treat your sweet to a heart-shaped whoopie pie ($3.95) at either Cupcakes on Kavanaugh, 5625 Kavanaugh Blvd. in Little Rock's Pulaski Heights or Cupcakes on the Ridge, 11525 Cantrell Road in west Little Rock (Pleasant Ridge Town Center). 

The pretty little confections are available with red velvet cake and cream cheese buttercream filling or with Ghirardelli chocolate cake and vanilla buttercream filling. They're individually wrapped for gift-givers on the go. 

You can also order Valentine's Day-decorated boxes of cupcakes: four for $15, six for $20, a dozen for $35.
