Lynette R. Freeman (center, shown with Phyllis Yvonne Stickney and Tyrese Treyvon Bluford in a scene from the Arkansas Repertory Theatre production of A Raisin in the Sun), will participate in the Student Actors Series Saturday at Mosaic Templars Cultural Center.

Mosaic Templars Cultural Center will host THEA Foundation's and Arkansas Repertory Theatre’s second installment of the Student Actors Series with the cast of the Rep's production of A Raisin in the Sun from noon-2:30 p.m. Feb. 5 at 501 W. Ninth St., Little Rock.

The workshop will provide students a glimpse into the process of bringing Lorraine Hansberry’s literary work to life on stage through textual analysis, interactive stage work and a discussion about the relevancy of the work over 50 years after publication. Participants will have the opportunity to work with professional actors including Segun Akande, Lynette R. Freeman, Laurence A. Stepney and Myxolydia Tyler on scenes from the historic play.

Admission is $20, which includes one free ticket to see a performance of A Raisin in the Sun, at the Rep through Feb. 6.
