Copeland's, 2602 Shackleford Road (501-312-1616) -- Southern Louisiana menu includes pecan crusted catfish, crawfish etoufee, po boys, shrimp and grits with Creole gravy, red beans and rice, and blackened chicken and redfish.

Dizzy's Gypsy Bistro, 200 River Market Ave., Little Rock (501-375-3500) -- All wine and mixed drinks are $1 off tonight. Hurricanes are $7. Specials include shrimp and crawfish bisque and king cakes. Enjoy music by Lyle Dudley From 6-8 p.m. (no cover). 

Faded Rose, 1619 Rebsamen Park Road (501-663-9734) and 400 N. Bowman Road (501-224-3377)  -- The two locations of Faded Rose have the same menu that includes fried green tomatoes, tilapia Creole, frog legs, soft shell crab Meniere, and Creole soaked salad.

Maddie's Place, 1615 Rebsamen Park Road (501-660-4040) -- The menu offers oyster po boys, seafood and sausage jambalaya, braised rabbit etoufee, Creole seafood stew, barbecue shrimp with roasted garlic grits.

Oyster Bar, 3003 W. Markham St. (501-666-7100) -- The menu is loaded with oysters, po boys, shrimp Creole, gumbo, shrimp etouffee, red beans and rice, and lots of beers. 

Vieux Carre, 2721 Kavanaugh Blvd., Little Rock (501-663-1196) -- Among the menu offerings are crab cakes, blackened redfish, chicken a la Boursin, Creole style mussels, and jambalaya.
