Kenyan Mark Chepsis of Toluca, Mexico, was the overall winner of the 2011 Little Rock Marathon, finishing with a time of 2:24:07.

Leah Thorvilson of Little Rock was the first female to finish the 2011 Little Rock Marathon with a running time of 2:45:51.
With a high temperature of 46 in Little Rock on Sunday, runners enjoyed near-perfect conditions for the Little Rock Marathon.
Leah Thorvilson was the fastest woman in the 26.2 mile race with a time of two hours, 45 minutes, 51 seconds. Mark Chepses was the fastest man with a time of two hours, 24 minutes, seven seconds.
