Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency (ARORA) will host Downtown Donor Thursday from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday (April 21) in the East Pavilion of the River Market, 400 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock.
The free event will feature music by Tragikly White and refreshments.
The star attraction of the evening will be the opportunity to save a life by registering to become an organ, tissue and eye donor on the organization’s online donor registry donatelifearkansas.org.
According to Audrey Brown, director of public education at ARORA, computers will be onsite so partygoers can register to become a donor during the event.
“People can also change their donor registration to include tissue and eye donation if they have already registered at the DMV," Brown says.
There is no cost to register to become a donor.
