Little Rock-based garden designer P. Allen Smith will sign copies of his cookbook P. Allen Smith's Seasonal Recipes From the Garden and show the first 30-minute episode of his new national food show P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table at 7 p.m. Thursday (April 7) at Market Street Cinema, 1504 Merrill Drive, Little Rock.

The show, which debuted April 2 on PBS, features growing tips, seasonal recipes and decorating ideas designed to help viewers incorporate the garden-to-table concept into their lifestyles. The first episode is titled Pizza Party.
