Harry & Jorge's, the Mexican eatery and newest addition to Little Rock's River Market restaurant scene, remained closed after the holiday weekend.

It was opened on May 25 by James Daniel Bryant, who had operated a Flying Burrito Co. franchise in the space since 2006.

But as Arkansas Business recently reported, Bryant's former franchisors -- Flying Burrito owners Mike Rohrbach and Archie Shaffer IV -- filed for an injunction, claiming that Bryant's agreement prohibited him from operating another Mexican restaurant in the space for at least two years.

They also filed suit alleging Bryant owes them more than $100,000 in back franchise royalties.
