Celebrate the connection between farm and table at Argenta Foodie Fest.

Enjoy food, music, arts and crafts and the company of fellow food lovers at the Argenta Foodie Festival going on from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday (July 2) between Fifth and Sixth streets (across from the Argenta Market and next to the Farmers Market) in North Little Rock.

Admission is free.

The Festival aims to connect people to fresh seasonal food and the farmers who grow it and to promote restaurants, chefs and catering services that support local farmers and strive to create a strong connection between farm and table.

Participating restaurants -- free samples! -- include Ashley’s at the Capital, Argenta Market, Boulevard Bread Co., Ferneau, Hunka Pie, Starving Artist Cafe and Union Bistro. Live entertainment will be by the Swingshift Band and Fire & Brimstone.
