Capi's is closing after brunch service Sunday.

Capi's Nuevo Latino Restaurant in Pleasant Ridge Town Center (11525 Cantrell Road, Little Rock) is closing at 3 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 18)  after brunch service is completed.

The restaurant started out as Capi's in 2008 and switched its focus from tapas to dishes from Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and South America in the fall of 2010.

Some of Capi's menu items will be featured in the future at its sister restaurant Trio's, 8201 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, which opened in 1986. Both restaurants are owned by Capi Peck and Brent Peterson.

Beginning Oct. 2, Trio's will be open on Sundays from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for brunch and at 5:30-close for dinner. Selected bottles of wine will be offered at half price.
