Purple Cow, Little Rock's popular diner where diners can enjoy burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, milkshakes, beers, wines, or cocktails (or a milkshake with a stiff shot of liquor if you want) is offering the following dinner specials this week:

Today-Friday (Sept. 21-23): Open Roast Beef Sandwich ($7.50), thinly sliced roast beef finished with a demi glaze and served on lightly toasted wheat bread, served with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy.

Saturday-Sunday (Sept. 24-25): Made-from-scratch Chicken & Dumplings ($7.75) served with garlic bread.
