Former Boulevard Bread Co. chef Brandon Brown is the proprietor of HAM, a full-service butcher shop offering pork, chicken, turkey, duck, beef, lamb,buffalo, bacon, pancetta, prosciutto and pastrami, with almost everything coming from a local source. You'll also find grab-and-go sandwiches and soups.
