Uncorked! Mad Scientist Mash, featuring wine and beer tasting stations, wine pulls, interactive Mad Scientist experiments and live animal encounters, is happening at 6:30 p.m. Thursday (Oct. 20) at the Clinton Presidential Center, 1200 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock. 

It's a benefit for the Museum of Discovery in the River Market, which is currently undergoing renovation and plans to reopen in January. 

This year's silent auction includes cool stuff such as wine trips to California's Napa Valley. A raffle will feature a $1,000 gift certificate to Kenneth Edwards Fine Jewelry.
