U.S. Pizza will be a pleasant and popular destination after the Razorback game Saturday.

Want to grab an early dinner or quick bite after the Razorback football game Saturday (Nov. 19), which kicks off at 2:30 p.m. at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock?

Here are our picks for best casual restaurants in the area that will be open in the late afternoon.

Canon Grill, 2811 Kavanaugh Blvd. -- The tuna steak sandwich is a winner, as is the Canon Pasta (grilled chicken, fettucini, mushrooms and green onions in a spicy marinara).

Cheddar's Casual Cafe, 400 S. University Ave. -- We haven't tried this newly opened chain that's about a half mile from War Memorial Stadium, but we hear it has a huge menu (appetizers, salads, sandwiches, steaks), unique cocktails and decent pricing.

Oyster Bar, 3003 W. Markham St. -- In honor of LSU, get a po' boy or a bowl of gumbo and a reasonably priced draft beer here.

U.S. Pizza, 2710 Kavanaugh Blvd. and 5524 Kavanaugh Blvd. -- Enjoy the signature Salad Supreme or a thin-crusted pie. Another good place to quaff a sensibly-priced draft beer.

Damgoode Pies, 2701 Kavanaugh Blvd. -- Order the Stuffy and get an extra layer of dough, sauce and toppings for a few bucks more. PBRs in a can are often priced at $1.

Pizza D'Action, 2919 W. Markham St. -- Satisfying pizzas and a full bar.
