State, county and federal offices are closed today (Dec. 26) because Christmas fell on a Sunday. Here's a complete list:

  • Garbage routes in Little Rock, Maumelle and Sherwood will run one day late. Little Rock recycling will run one day late.
  • Cammack Village, Jacksonville, Little Rock Wastewater, City of Little Rock, Maumelle, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Wrightsville, Pulaski County, Pulaski County Courthouse, state offices and federal offices are closed.
  • Banks are closed.
  • The Post Office is closed.
  • Central Arkansas Library System libraries and Laman Library are closed.
  • Central Arkansas Transit Authority buses and River Rail streets cars are not running.
  • Central Arkansas Water is closed.
  • Parking tickets will not be issued today, but metered parking at the Little Rock National Airport will be enforced.
  • Little Rock and North Little Rock schools will resume Jan. 4.
