Enjoy a Negroni made with Brandon's whiskey during a five-course dinner at Lulav Wednesday. 

A tour of Rock Town Distillery, 1216 E. Sixth St., Little Rock, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 25) will be followed by a five-course dinner and cocktails at Lulav, 2210 W. Sixth St., Little Rock, at 7:15 p.m. 

Rock Town, the state's first legal distillery since Prohibition, makes Brandon's Vodka, Brandon's Gin, Arkansas Lightning and Arkansas Young Bourbon Whiskey.

Cost is $69 per person.

Here's the menu: 

  • Bourbon cured salmon crostini (served at Rock Town with a tasting of all Rock Town products)
  • Flame-grilled Romaine with Caesar dressing, served with Brandon's gin gimlet at Lulav
  • Bouillabaise served witih Brandon's New Fashioned with fresh muddled orange and cherry
  • Chanterelle pork medallions with corn and chanterelle mushroom risotto and California date compote, served with Brandon's Negroni
  • Lulav Alexander made with Arkansas Young Bourbon (drink it or eat it with a spoon)
