Dinner at SBiP'S in Quapaw Tower, 700 E. Ninth St., Little Rock, is a five-course menu that includes citrus salad with a blood orange vinaigrette, chicken consomme, lemon sorbet, a choice of lobster-stuffed filet mignon wrapped in bacon and served with potatoes au gratin or andouille and apple stuffed chicken breast served over rice pilaf, followed by a memorable dessert. Capriccio Grill in the Peabody Little Rock will offer a Valentine’s Day dinner that provides a four-course meal (featuring a choice of pistachio crusted Chilean seabass or surf and turf), a glass of champagne, valet parking and taxes and gratuity for $79. Starting at $299 per night, guests will receive a deluxe room, dinner for two in Capriccio Grill, champagne delivered to their room and breakfast for two the next morning.
