Prime beef is served Capriccio Grill at Peabody Little Rock. 

Capriccio Grill Italian Steakhouse in The Peabody Little Rock is adding a four-course tasting menu, available during dinner hours, for $75 per person.

It includes marinated ahi tuna tartar with avocado, corn relish and wonton chips; deconstructed mixed greens salad in a tempura onion bowl with lime vinaigrette; grilled prime beef tournedo with a port wine reduction served with a sweet potato pancake and white asparagus, and choice of dessert.

There is also a four-course wine pairing for an additional $25 per person.

The regular dinner menu offers appetizers such as an antipasto platter, ahi tuna tataki, or creamy polenta; soups and salads such as minestrone, lobster shrimp bisque and caprese salad; pizzas, pastas, prime beef, chops, seafood and entrees such as veal marsala, chicken Parmesan and veal piccata.
