Once again, Arkansas Business presents its annual look at the most expensive home sales in Pulaski County. Above, we've highlighted the top 12, from the least to the most expensive, complete with photos and price tags. Happy scrolling!
And while you're at it, check Arkansas Business' assessment of the upscale real estate market, which saw 22 seven-figure home sales in 2011 -- the same as in 2010. That high-end activity last year was also much better than in 2009, when only 14 million-dollar homes changed hands.
"We have seen the market picking up in the high-end homes as well as in all price ranges," Janet Jones, owner of The Janet Jones Co. of Little Rock, told Arkansas Business in its story. "And we continue to be optimistic from our reports [that] this is going to be a good year."
Watch Arkansas Business video featuring Janet Jones agent Katherine Melhorn, who talks about the health of the upscale home market in central Arkansas and what affluent buyers are seeking in a million-dollar home.
