Diane Rehm, the host of WAMU's "The Diane Rehm Show."

"An Evening with Diane Rehm" will be presented at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, at Embassy Suites in west Little Rock. It's a benefit for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's KUAR/KLRE Tower Campaign.

Her appearance, originally planned for September, was postponed when the veteran broadcaster fell and broke her hip.

Rehm has hosted the show since 1984 and has interviewed scores of political and culture figures including Bill Clinton, John McCain, Barack Obama, Maya Angelou and Sandra Day O'Connor. She is also an author, writing books including "Finding My Voice," about her childhood and living with a rare neurological disorder called spasmodic dysphonia, which causes vocal tremors.

Tickets are $150. Reservations may be made online or by calling (501) 569-8485 or (800) 952-2528.
