Help out Our House, which assists the working homeless, today (Jan. 1) during The Floating Lotus' New Year's Day Yoga Practice.

Start the year off right with yoga while helping out a local cause.

The Floating Lotus, 900 N. University Ave., St. 4, Little Rock, will be hosting a New Year's Day Yoga Practice from 2 to 4 p.m. today (Jan. 1), benefiting Our House. The donation class is open to all levels.

Last year's New Year's Day Yoga Practice raised $400 for this local charity, which lost all perishable foods during the recent power outages.
