This 1982 watercolor piece by Judith Betts titled "Mardi Gras" is one of many Southern works featured in the Arkansas Arts Center traveling exhibit "Images of the South."

Get wrapped up in all of the South's rich traditions.

Starting today, the exhibit "Images of the South" will be on display at the William F. Laman Library in North Little Rock, showcasing beautiful works by Southern artists.

On loan from the Arkansas Arts Center, the traveling exhibition allows visitors to get a glimpse into Southern culture through the artists' eyes.

Admission is free. Exhibit is located in the exhibit hall main branch of the Laman Library, 506 Main St., North Little Rock, and will be on display until Sunday, Jan. 20.
