There's a new chef in town and he's looking to spice things up.
Joël Antunes arrived as Little Rock's Capital Hotel new executive chef in mid-December where he will be leading its two restaurants-- Capital Bar & Grill and Ashley's.
A native of France, Antunes is veteran in the culinary industry. He has worked under world-renowned French chefs Michel Troisgros and Paul Bocuse and moved to Little Rock after working as a consulting chef at the Embassy Mayfair in London. At the Capital here in Little Rock, he replaced Lee Richardson, the popular executive chef from New Orleans.
