Would you like to ride your bike more this year? Get a rundown of the basics at a free clinic that has been rescheduled for next week due to inclement weather.

Learn about getting the proper fit for your helmet and bike, along with with basic bike maintenance, handling skills and traffic rules during the Fit 2 Live- Bicycling is the Best New Year's Resolution! program from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. today (Jan. 22) at the William F. Laman Library, 2801 Orange St., North Little Rock.

League cycling instructor and Fit 2 School coordinator Willa Williams will be teaching the class. No bike is needed.

Fit 2 Live, a North Little Rock's health initiative, conducts a special program at the Laman Library every third Tuesday of the month. Learn more about the special initiative and its future events at the library here.
