A new eatery is expanding its delicious offerings to Little Rock.
Slim Chickens announced on its site last month that it would be adding a new location to Little Rock soon. The new restaurant will be located near UAMS at 4500 W. Markham, the former location of Backyard Burgers.
This Slim Chickens franchise will be independently owned and operated by Little Rock resident Rob Byford.
If all goes according to schedule, the location will be up and running this spring.
The popular eatery is known for its signature plates of chicken tenders and wings, served with Texas toast, and its variety of dipping sauces. The menu also consists of sandwiches, wraps and salads and Delta Classics like fried mushrooms, pickles and okra.

Slim Chickens has locations all over the state, including Fayetteville, Rogers, Jonesboro and Conway. This will be the first in Little Rock.
