Ready for a good laugh this weekend?
The Joint's newest production "Last Night at Orabella's" just might do the trick. It will be opening at the cabaret-style theatre tonight (Jan. 25) and will run until mid-spring.
The theatre's house trio-- the Main Thing--will portray the many residents of the tiny town of Dumpster, Ark., as they all show up for a final night at their favorite local honky-tonk, which is closing down after more than 30 years.
The cast also doubles as the house band -- Country Wayne Conaway and his Swingin' Sidekicks -- adding original funny music throughout the show.
Guests are able to enjoy beer, wine, European-style coffees, snacks and desserts throughout the show at their table.
Althought tonight's show is sold out, tickets are still available for the Saturday, Jan. 26, show, which is at 8 p.m.
The show is for all ages and will continue to run every Friday and Saturday night through April 27.
Tickets are $20. For reservations, call the theatre box office at 372-0205 or stop by The Joint at 301 Main, North Little Rock.
