Love pie but not sure how to make it very well?
Every Saturday in February, the staff will be teaching pie-making skills where patrons can stop by and observe the class or bring their own ingredients and join in on the fun.
This Saturday (Feb 2.), learn the pie dough basics at 10 a.m. and see how to make pecan pie at 2:30 p.m.
Here is a rundown of the remainder of the classes:
- Feb. 9: Chocolate Cream at 10 a.m. and Coconut Cream at 2:30 p.m.
- Feb. 16: Cherry Pie at 10 a.m. and Mixed Berry at 2:30 p.m.
- Feb. 23: Apple Pie at 10 a.m. and Lemon Meringue at 2:30 p.m.
Classes are free, so anyone can come in to get some tips and even share them with other pie lovers.
