Have you ever thought about how your frequent food cravings might be linked to your lifestyle?

Chances are, stress and anxiety may be affecting your bad food choices.

Join Elizabeth Finch, a certified health and nutrition counselor, and Breezy Osborne, owner and RYT of Barefoot Studio, for the Link Stress & Cravings Workshop-- a fun and relaxing yoga class and workshop showing the destructive link between stress and food.

It's happening from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday (Feb. 1) at the Barefoot Studio, 3515 Old Cantrell Rd., Little Rock.

Learn more about how stress may be causing emotional eating in your life. The workshop will also go over healthier behaviors to help keep stress at bay and how to break the cycle of using food to relieve the emotions of a stressful lifestyle.

Kelly Ransom of Arbonne International will also be on hand to talk about its products and offer a few samples. What's cool is that it is one of the only brands on the market that is certified vegan and organic and is free of gluten, soy, dairy, whey, hormones, antibiotics, trans and saturated fats, refined sugars, artificial flavors, sweeteners, and GMOs.

Finch will also be bringing some of her delicious food and snacks to enjoy.

Registration is $20. To register, email Breezy@BarefootStudio.com.
