This famous photograph, taken during the 1958 Little Rock Central High School desegregation crisis, shows Elizabeth Eckford, a member of the Little Rock Nine, and a hostile crowd that includes Hazel Massery. It's become a symbol of the civil rights movement and the basiis for Elizabeth and Hazel, a book being written by Newsweek contributor David Margolick. He'll discuss his work from noon-1 p.m. Monday, March 15 at the Clinton School of Public Service as part of its Lunch & Lecture series (bring your own lunch; drinks provided). Admission is free.
