
There are two more sessions of Saturday Discoveries scheduled before the Museum of Discovery closes for renovations April 3. These mini-camps are designed for children in grades K-6 to explore science through hands-on activities and experiments.
1-4 p.m. Feb. 12 -- Join Zinse Aggine for African Rhythms, a cultural workshop combining movement, rhythm and the historical significance of the drum. Zinse is the founder of the Hope Drum Ballet and will have authentic African drums available for campers to enjoy a maximum camp experience.
March 12, 1-4 p.m. March 12 -- Learn about the human body and see how a real pig heart works at Bless Your Heart. Plus celebrate Brain Awareness Day.
